My documents were rejected during the KYC process, what should I do?

If you have trouble going through the process of KYC verification, please make sure you don’t have any issues with the following:

  • the expiration date of the ID document has not yet passed

  • address document is not older than 3 months

  • the image of your document is sharp and clear, and all edges of the document are visible

  • you are not uploading a screenshot or a file converted into another format with the help of software
